Our Best Price Guarantee is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1.    The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on a Trinidadian based online shopping website (“Qualified Internet Retailer”) and does not include any special rates offered as part of a membership programme, financing, stock  clearance, refurbished/used items, corporate discounts or rates, rewards program, incentive, prices obtained via auction or similar process, prices available only by using coupons, rebates, free or bonus offer, or product-bundle pricing on the Qualified Internet Retailer's online shopping website.

2.    The Best Price Guarantee applies solely to items sold by TriniTrolley and NOT items sold by sellers under the seller account feature of our website. Items that are sold by sellers are clearly indicated by the icon below:

3.    You must contact us at TriniTrolley within twenty-four (24) hours after you have ordered the item on TriniTrolley to make a claim under the Best Price Guarantee. You can email your query to TriniTrolley via the contact form located in the "Contact Us" section on our website and TriniTrolley will verify the cost of the item on the website cited within a six (6) hour timeframe. The lower rate must be available for order at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.

4.    The Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact advertised matches and you must provide evidence of any genuine competitor’s advertised price for the identical product. The Qualified Internet Retailer must have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.

5.    All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by TriniTrolley. Price comparisons include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the Qualified Internet Retailer’s total price in comparison to TriniTroley’s product price and lowest priced shipping method for that item.

6.    TriniTrolley will not verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.

7.    TriniTrolley reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of placing your order will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee. The failure by TriniTrolley to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
